There will be a college financial aid information session and junior parent college information meeting on Monday, February 28, at Maple Lake High School. The financial aid session will be led by Valerie Knopp, financial aid administrator from St. Cloud State University. She will provide information on paying for college along with detailed directions on completing the Free Application For Student Aid (FAFSA). This is a great opportunity for parents to get answers to college financing questions. The financial aid meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. in the high school media center.
The junior college information meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Life Studies room at the high school. Judy Sloneker, high school counselor, will provide information on college choices, how to apply to colleges, ACT information and anything else needed to help students get ready for college.
