NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Maple Lake, at City Hall on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., to consider the application for a Conditional Use Permit of Matthew Bell to operate a classic car restoration shop and an application for a Variance to the Zoning Ordinance to erect an addition to the existing garage/shop closer than thirty (30) feet from the property line abutting the street on a corner lot in an RB-1, Residential Business Transition District on the property located at 110 Division Street W., PID # 110-010-006010. Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to this Conditional Use Permit/Variance will be heard at this meeting.
