NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
To Whom It May Concern:
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Maple Lake, at City Hall on Tuesday, September 13, at 7:00 p.m., to consider the application for a Conditional Use Permit of Carmine and Charlene Ribaudo to allow retail operation in an RB-1, Residential Business Transition District on the property located at 21 Oak Ave. S., PID # 110-010-006160. This property conforms to the City Zoning Ordinance in all respects.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to this matter will be heard at this meeting.
