The Annandale Co-op Alpine team raced in the MLK race at Giants Ridge on Saturday, Jan. 14, with 20 team members competing. For many this was the first time at Giants Ridge, a challenging course with multi-competitive teams, coach Lori Rice said.
Overall, there were several “accomplished” individual results, and many members learned how to ski the courses and experience Giants Ridge, Rice said.
Maple Lake has one athlete on the cooperative, junior Emma Spike. She finished Saturday’s race in 1:54.40.
