When Andrew Carlson left small-town Minnesota for Los Angeles he wanted to be an actor, instead, he found himself going back to his roots and his first love, the restaurant business.
Today the 2009 Maple Lake High School graduate is not only a successful restaurant consultant in L.A., but the author of the recently published book, “Customer Service is the Bottom Line,” and it all started right here in his home town.
