The Irish softball team extended its winning record to 20-0 after six games, including two double-headers.
On Tuesday, May 9, the Irish defeated Holdingford 11-0 and 19-3; on Thursday May 11, Maple Lake ousted Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa at home 11-1 and 18-0; on Friday, May 12, the Irish defeated Rockford 7-2; and on Monday, May 15, Maple Lake beat Eden Valley-Watkins-Kimball 8-3.
Irish pitcher Callie Maki gave up just two hits and Linsey Rachel went 4-for-4 at the plate to help capture the first win against Holdingford.
