CORINNA Township
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Corinna, Wright County, Minnesota, have adopted Ordinance 2017-01 (“Land Use Ordinance”), an Ordinance Amending Ordinance 2016-01 effective immediately. Said Ordinance has been adopted to reflect recent amendments by Wright County and to comply with the requirements of state law to be not less restrictive than Wright County. Amendments include those to Sections 603 and 604 of the Corinna Township Land Use Ordinance to add “Commercial Agricultural Tourism” as a conditional use, to Section 716 to clarify regulations relating to septic systems, to Section 762 adding regulations for solar energy systems, to Section 724 regulating signs, to Section 714.2 relaxing certain restrictions for the raising of chickens and other farm animals, to Section 741 relaxing certain rules for “home extended businesses”, to Section 302 revising or adding certain definitions and other miscellaneous changes throughout the Corinna Township Land Use Ordinance. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of the Town Clerk, the office of the County Recorder, in the County Law Library, at the Annandale and Maple Lake Public Library and is available on-line for download at www.hometownplanning.com.
