Holy Cross Lutheran Church has its annual music festival coming up the last Sunday in July, the 30th. This year’s program has a new wrinkle from the local talent of past years. The musical program this year will feature the Kingery family group in concert at 7 p.m. preceded by a pulled-pork sandwich meal beginning at 5 p.m. There will also be a bake sale and all of the remaining quilts the Holy Cross ladies have made will be sold. After looking at the Kingery group on the internet, it appears they come fortified with guitars, banjos, fiddles and other musical instruments that will keep your toes a tapping.
