Explore 4-H Day – Learn more about 4-H

Wright County 4-H invites you to learn more about the 4-H program at an Explore 4-H Day near you. Events will be held from 2-4 p.m. on, Sunday, September 17, at the Howard Lake Community Room (617 6th Ave., Howard Lake) and St. Max Kolbe Catholic School (217 2nd St. S, Delano) and Sunday, September 24, at Monticello Community Center (505 Walnut St., Monticello) and Holy Cross Lutheran Church (5460 63rd St. NW, Maple Lake). There will be fun, hands-on activities to learn about 4-H project areas as well as information about membership and 4-H clubs in your area. Please attend the event that works best for you.
Wright County 4-H is a youth development organization for youth kindergarten through one year past high school. Youth can participate in short-term activities or longer-term clubs, where groups meet regularly to work on projects, perform community service and develop leadership skills. 4-H offers activities in many projects areas including science, engineering and technology, leadership/citizenship, healthy living, animal science and much more. Wright County has 22 community clubs that youth can join and become involved with.
