Volleyball team gets a Parent’s Night win at home

The Irish volleyball team remains undefeated with a 10-0 record after two more games last week.
On Tuesday, Sept. 12, Maple Lake traveled to Sauk Rapids-Rice to take on the non-conference Storm.
The Storm fell 3-0 to the Irish with game scores of 25-20, 25-17 and 27-25.
Amber Klug went 19-for-19 serving with two aces Tuesday night. She also had eight kills, 13 assists and five digs; Linsey Rachel went 10-for-11 serving with eight kills and 18 digs; Ella Kiebel also went 10-for-11 serving with one ace, six assists and three digs; Calli Maki was 6-for-7 serving with eight digs; Maddi Mass was 4-for-6 serving with one ace, five assists and three digs; Brynn Paumen was 3-for-3 serving with five kills and four digs; Mollie Scheiber was 6-for-8 serving with 10 kills and 12 digs; Kaleigh Beehler had two digs; Kora Fuller went 4-for-6 serving with one ace and two digs; and Brielle Paumen had two digs.
