CITY OF MAPLE LAKE LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Maple Lake will meet in the Council Chambers at 10 Maple Avenue South, Maple Lake, Minnesota, to consider the making of the proposed 2018 Street Improvement for bituminous work, partial or full curb replacement and sump-pump discharge corrections for all, or portions of, 8th Street NW from Robert to Oak, 7th Street NW from Robert to Oak, Robert Ave. N from the north end to 6th Street, Maple Ave N from 7th to 6th Street, Birch Ave. N from 7th to 6th Street, and 6th Street NW from the city Park to Birch Ave.; pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The estimated total cost of the improvement is $851,000 for Option 1 and $942,000 for Option 2. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the abutting property. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing.
