NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Corinna Township Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, 8:15 PM, at the Corinna Township Hall, 9801 Ireland Avenue NW, Annandale, MN. The purpose of this meeting is for the citizens of Corinna Township to set the annual levy to be certified against the property taxes for the 2018 payable year.
The Election of Township Officers will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. The polls will be open from 10 AM to 8 PM. The Township Officer to be elected is one (1) Supervisor for a period of three years. The Board of Canvass will meet immediately after the polls close to certify the official election results.
In case of inclement weather, the Town Meeting and Election will be the following Tuesday, March 21, 2017 during same hours listed above. In case of inclement weather, the Regular Town Board Meeting will be Thursday, March 23, 2017, at 7:00 PM.
REQUEST FOR BIDS
Hauling of Class 5 Gravel on
The Town Board of Township of Corinna, Wright County, requests sealed bids to haul township-owned Class 5 gravel on Corinna Township roads. Hauling distance will be within the township using tandems and belly dumpers for approximately 5,000 cubic yards of gravel. Gravel will be loaded by ARP from an ARP pit at 14364 - 80th Street NW.
Period of performance: Bulk will be applied after road restrictions lift and before the end of June. Amounts and location of hauling and spreading will be random in nature and will be coordinated with Corinna Township personnel.
Your bid should specify:
1. Cost per cubic yard to haul.
2. Type and capacity of hauling equipment.
3. Insurance: The contractor shall provide comprehensive general liability insurance and coverage reasonably required by the Township.
Request for Calcium Chloride or Magnesium Chloride Materials and Application
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of Corinna Township, Wright County, is soliciting sealed bids for up to 100,000 gallons of liquid calcium chloride or liquid magnesium chloride. Bid price to include both materials and application on road widths varying 12' to 24'. Period of performance: End of June, 2017.
Insurance: The contractor shall provide comprehensive general liability insurance and coverage reasonably required by the Township.
The Township Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Albion Township, County of Wright, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14th, 2017 at the Albion Town Hall at 9020 20th St. NW, Annandale, MN 55302. In case of inclement weather, the Annual Election and Annual Meeting will be postponed until Tuesday, March 21st, 2017, during the same hours.

A motion was m/s/p, Lauer/Jude, to approve the agenda with the following changes: remove Totz, and add 2017 Maintenance Agreement with Wright County. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Northenscold/Lauer, to approve the Consent Agenda. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Kissock/Northenscold, to adopt Resolution #2016-55 approving the conditional use permit amendment requested by C&W Spinning to conduct a metal spinning and stamping business in a B-1, Central Business District on the property described as Lots 5, 6, 7, and 10 without conditions, and per recommendation of the Planning Commission. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Lauer/Geyen, to adopt Resolution #2016-56, approving the 2017 Fee Schedule. All present voted in favor.
