Cedar Lake Property
Owners:
The Cedar Lake Conservation Club (CLCC) plans to treat Curly Leaf Pondweed and Eurasian Water Milfoil, both Aquatic Invasive Species, in Cedar Lake in 2017.
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is planning to provide to the CLCC a waiver of the requirements that the Association obtain signatures of approval by owners of lake-shore property. Instead, the CLCC will notify property owners of the treatment through the:
• CLCC newsletter which is mailed to all residents of Cedar Lake
• CLCC website www.cedarlakecc.org
• Annandale Advocate and Maple Lake Messenger (local weekly newspapers).
With regard for treatment for 2017:
• The proposed timeline for treatment is May – September
• The target species for the treatment is Curly Leaf Pondweed (CLP) and Eurasian Water Milfoil (EWM)

Maple Lake Township
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Maple Lake Township, County of Wright, and State of Minnesota, that the annual election of Town Officers and annual meeting in the precincts of 1A and 1B will be held at the Maple Town Hall, located at 6298 Bishop Avenue NW and County Road 37, Buffalo, MN, Tuesday, March 14th, 2017. Polls will open at 10:00 a.m., and voting will continue until 8:00 p.m. The annual Town meeting will commence immediately after the closing of the polls. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.
Offices to be elected: One Supervisor for a 3 year term
