Youth from Bethlehem United Church of Christ attended the National Youth Event at Coronado Springs, Florida, July 26-30th. This event brought together over 3,000 youth from all over the world. The four days were filled with breakout sessions on a variety of topics from injustices in the world to how young people can make a difference. The group of five youth and two adults worked at the Orlando Rescue Mission where the activities ranged from organizing donations, to caring and entertaining children, to counting diapers. As part of the conference, participants received a day pass to Disney World.
