ADA B. DONOVAN a/k/a/ ADA BARBARA DONOVAN, DENNIS DONOVAN, GREGORY DONOVAN, ALAN DONOVAN, CAROL ADICKES, any unknown heirs of ADA B. DONOVAN and all other persons unknown, Claiming any right, title or interest in and to the herein described real property.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Plaintiffs’ attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is herewith served upon you within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons and the attached Complaint upon you, exclusive of the day of service.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
You are further notified that this action involves the title to the following-described real estate situated in the County of Wright, State of Minnesota, to-wit:
That part of Government Lot 4 of Section 10 lying South of the road and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, all being in Township 121, Range 26, Wright County, Minnesota.
Except that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Government Lot 4, all in Section 10, Township 121, Range 26, Wright County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 01 degrees 26 minutes 57 seconds East, along the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 840.63 feet to an actual point of beginning of the land to be described; thence North 88 degrees 33 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of 365.93 feet; thence North 01 degrees 26 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 1163.70 feet to the center line of the County Road No. 39; thence Easterly and Northeasterly, along said center line of the East line of said Government Lot 4; thence Southerly, along said line and the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 1228.33 feet to the point of beginning.
and the object of this action is to secure a judgment that Plaintiffs are the fee owners of said premises and that the Defendants have no right, title, estate or interest therein or lien thereon.
