Only two seniors with a 3.0 grade point average or higher, and a passion for extra-curricular and community involvement, can attain the status of Triple A nominee for their school for a shot at a state level award.
In Maple Lake, those two seniors were Mackenzie Miller and Brady Tongen.
Miller and Tongen, academic leaders of this year’s senior class, were chosen to represent Maple Lake High School in the 29th annual Minnesota State High School League sponsored Triple A competition last winter.
