Carol Ann Ryan (Buysse), age 75 of Maple Lake, MN, was welcomed into the open arms of her savior while in Arizona, surrounded by her husband and children on March 17, 2018.

Carol was born in Marshall, MN on July 8, 1942. She grew up in Minneota and Worthington. She was a loving wife and mother who was very creative. She was a business owner “Needle Notions” for over 25 years and enjoyed sewing, stamping, gardening, and spending time with friends. They lived in Fridley for 40 years raising their family. In 2006, they replaced their cabin with a home and moved to Maple Lake. She loved the Church of St. Timothy’s community, being with her Thursday night hamburger group at the “V,” and her lunches with her red-hatters. The past 15 years were spent splitting time between summers at the lake and winters in Arizona.

Carol touched many lives in many ways; she left footprints in the sand that will never wash away. Her sparkling green eyes may have closed but they will shine forever in our hearts and the mention of her name will bring a flood of great memories and a smile to our faces. She is gone but will never be forgotten.
