The Maple Lake High School trap team finished third in Conference 3A after its final conference meet last week.
The group will compete together one more time on June 13, in Alexandria at what is known as the Championship and is the Minnesota State High School Clay Target League state qualifier.
Coaches want to wish senior Emma Spike good luck next year when she competes on the college trap team at Vermillion Community College in Ely. Spike is among nine seniors on the team who will graduate this spring.
