Lavone A. Pribyl, age 88 of Maple Lake, passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018, at the Lakeside Oasis Hospice of Lake Ridge Care Center in Buffalo. Lavone Alvina Pribyl was born February 3, 1930 in rural Buffalo to David and Alvina (Kaduce) Olson. She attended country school near Buffalo. On October 28, 1950, we was united in marriage to Gordon Pribyl in Buffalo. They made their home on their farm in rural Maple Lake. Lavone worked on the farm alongside her husband where she enjoyed the country life and being a farm housewife. She also enjoyed sewing, crocheting, painting, gardening, music, dancing and spending time with her family. Lavone is survived by her husband, Gordon of Maple Lake; daughter, Faye (David) Vorgert of Monticello; granddaughter, Kara (Timothy) Patton of Sauk Rapids; great-grandson, Jake Patton and sister-in-law, Betty (David) Olson of Annandale. She is preceded in death by her parents, David and Alvina Olson and brother, David Olson. Arrangements were made by the Minnesota Cremation Society. A private service will be held at a later date.
