The Maple Lake Lakers kept their season going with a solid win against the Windom Pirates on Sunday afternoon, August 19 in Shakopee. It was the only good news for the North Star League as Howard Lake fell to New London- Spicer 4-1 and Delano lost 2- 0 against Lake City. The Lakers play Midway on Saturday, August 25, at 7:30 p.m. in Shakopee while Hutchinson will get their first game of the tournament on Sunday, August 26 against Lastrup. Windom 0 Maple Lake 5
