The Irish football team suffered a tough loss to the Melrose Dutchmen at its homecoming Friday, Oct. 5. For the second straight season the Dutchmen pounded out a win over Maple Lake, this time by a 28-18 margin.
The loss drops the Irish record to 4-2.
