The Irish girls’ cross country team raced their best meet of the year for second place out of 14 teams at the Litchfield Invitational, Thursday, Oct. 4. Four of the top seven Irish finishers ran personal best races and the other three were close, said coach Ben Youngs. Sophie Pribyl finished sixth overall for the Irish in 19:33 with her No. 2 all-time best.
