When Harold Brutlag heard he was being honored this fall with the Minnesota High School Baseball Coaches Association’s Angelo Giulliani Award he asked himself, “why me?” He’s not a major league ball player or esteemed college coach like Dick Siebert who won the award in 1963, nor is he a Dick Putz who claimed it in 1976.
