Brute’s Bleat by Harold Brutlag

Tuesday morning was a great day to be on Indian Lake fishing with Michael Miller, Maple Lake. He has been taking on-line classes this summer from the Bolder, CO University as he pursues a career in the aero-space field. We were fishing by 9 a.m. for sunfish and found out they were still biting on that Wright County lake. Small dark jigs tipped with a piece of leech was effective, although the bite was light. We had to do a fair amount of sorting and by 11 a.m. we counted noses and estimated 20 keepers in the livewell.
