The Irish volleyball team got off to a winning start last week when they defeated Holdingford on Thursday, Oct. 8 and ACGC on Saturday, Oct. 10 during their first two outings of the season.
The Irish met Central Minnesota Conference foe Holdingford at home before a small group of fans consisting solely of fellow teammates per Minnesota State High School League COVID-19 guidelines that forbid fans from attending games. MSHSL changed their position slightly for Saturday’s game to allow two fans per player to attend.
