Paustis, Jennifer Ann, a life long resident of Minnesota, died unexpectedly on December 20, 2020 at the age of 36 while at her parents home in Florida. Her celebration of life will be held at Boondox, 9100 Park Avenue North East, Otsego on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Jennifer is survived by her parents, Dan and Lisa; sister, Brianna Paustis Johnson (Ryan) and their children, Madeline, Owen, Wyatt and Scarlett; brother, Bryce Paustis and his daughter, Brynne; uncle, Brandon Blacker (Stine) and their children, Emma and Liam; aunt, Renee Nord (Kenny) and their daughter, Grace; uncle, Bill Paustis (Mary) and their daughter, Kelsey; uncle, Chris Blacker (Kristen) and their children, Jack and Max; grandma, Marilyn Blacker and grandpa, Harry Bittenbender. Preceded in death by grandparents, Gloria and Dan Paustis, grandmother, Theonne Bittenbender and grandfather, Robert Blacker. Jennifer was loved by all who knew her. She was our “Dr. Doolittle”, acquiring many animals over the years. Dogs, cats, birds, snakes even a tortoise. Her most favorite job was working at Chuck and Don’s. Jen will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Gone to soon, but never forgotten. In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate donations be made to Ruff Start Rescue in Princeton, Minnesota in honor of Jennifer. Private family burial was held at Lakeview Cemetery in Buffalo.
