Black Sox end Lakers State run

By Matt Brown, Correspondent

The Maple Lake Lakers ended their season Saturday afternoon with a tight loss to Alexandria in the round of 16 in the Minnesota State Tournament. Despite the loss it was a great end to a wild season and a reminder to everyone that the Lakers can run with anyone, especially in the post season. Alexandria made it to the semifinal game, losing to the eventual champion Sobieski Skis.
