Broadband survey shows residents want better internet service

By Brenda Erdahl

Wright County residents are generally interested in faster, more reliable internet service and many are unsatisfied with current speeds according to a broadband survey conducted in Wright County this past summer.

Wright County Commissioners discussed results at their Tuesday, Sept. 21 meeting that showed 5,461 responses were collected in a residential survey and 97 businesses responded to a business survey. Conducted by Design Nine, the survey was presented to residents and business owners as an online (web) version and a paper version sent out in the mail.
