The Irish volleyball team battled to the end, but still suffered a tough loss to a very talented Dassel-Cokato team on Tuesday, Aug. 31 at D-C High School.
The Irish got off to a good start, winning the first game 25-17. The Maple Lake team then narrowly lost 24-26 before winning game three 25-17. The final two game scores were 22-25 and 12-15 in D-C’s favor.
