Few numbers and not a lot of experience hasn’t dampened the Irish boys’ basketball team’s enthusiasm for the upcoming season.
The group of just 10 players from grades 10 through 12 open on Tuesday, December 7 at home against Mora. Mora will be a good challenge for the Irish. Last year the Mustangs were deemed one of the best in the section, but they lost a lot of seniors, Irish Head Coach Casey Pack said.
Returning varsity for the Maple Lake team are seniors Ernesto Brown (post), Zane Jude (guard) and Mason Mills (guard).
