The ANML Lightning hosted their first matches of the year Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Maple Lake High School, a quadrangular consisting of three matches. Because of a few illnesses and injuries, the Lightning saw a variety of different wrestlers take the mat in the middle weights.

“When it was all said and done, the Lightning had improved to 9-4 with three victories,” said Lightning Head Coach Ben Youngs.
