It was standing room only at St. Timothy’s annual spring auction Saturday, April 2 for the Maple Lake Catholic School’s largest fundraiser of the year that inspires fun as much as it does generosity.
After a homecooked meal that drew hundreds of hungry diners, even more people seemed to crowd into the V by HH to participate in a robust live auction led by Frank Sullivan and his expert auctioneers.
The talk of the evening was the first-grade quilt that sold for a whopping $6,600! Several of Natalie Neuman’s pickles went for $500 a jar and a generous soul spent $600 to give the school kids an extra recess.
