NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Maple Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at Maple Lake City Hall, 10 Maple Ave S, Maple Lake, MN 55358. The purpose of the hearing is to hear from staff and anyone else interested and to thereafter make a recommendation regarding an application for preliminary plat, rezoning to R4-PUD, and final plat for the property located at Wright County PID 110063000040 (the “Property”). The Property, which is located to the northeast of the intersection of Geneva Road and Cedar Avenue North, is proposed to be platted as “Cedar Landing” to accommodate seven residential townhome units. A copy of the proposed subdivision and preliminary plat is available for inspection at Maple Lake City Hall during regular business hours.
