Notice is hereby given that SEALED Bid Proposal Packages will be received by the Township at the Township Hall until 7:00 PM on the 7TH OF MARCH 2023 for the paving of Jeske Avenue and adjacent streets located in Corinna Township.
The Major Estimated Quantities of Work are:
Sawing Bituminous Pavement (Full Depth) Lin Ft 150
Sawing Concrete Driveway Pavement (Full Depth) Lin Ft 24
Agg. Base, Class 5 (Tolerance Layer) Ton 619
Agg. Shouldering, Class 6B Ton 183
Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (2;B) 1.5” Ton 1055
Type SP 12.5 Non Wearing Course Mixture (2,B) 2.0” Ton 1407
Traffic Control Lump Sum 1
Receipt of Bid Proposal: SEALED Bids will be received at the Township Hall Located at 9801 Ireland Ave NW, Annandale, MN 55302 until 7:00 PM 3/7/2023.
Bid Opening: Proposals will be opened by the Engineer or the Town Board after the hour set for receiving bids at the Township Hall at 9801 Ireland Ave NW, Annandale, MN 55302. Plans and Specifications may be examined at the office of Bogart, Pederson & Associates, Inc, 13076 First Street, Becker, MN 55308, or obtained by contacting Wesley Davis, PE at wdavis@bogart-pederson.com or 763-262-8822.
The cost to obtain a hard copy of the Plans & Specifications is $50.00 with a $10.00 mailing fee.
Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder’s Bond made payable to the Township as a proposal guarantee for at least 5% of the amount of the bid.
No Bidder may withdraw their bid (which shall include the Certified Check or Bidder’s Bond) within 15 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
The Township will consider award of the contract at the 3/7/2023 meeting contingent upon Engineer review. It is the Township’s Intent to begin and complete construction in the year 2023.
The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
