NOTICE OF HEARING
ON IMPROVEMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Maple Lake, Minnesota will meet in the council chambers of Maple Lake City Hall, located at 10 Maple Ave. S., Maple Lake, Minnesota 55358, at 7:00 p.m. on February 21, 2023 to consider the making of the 2023 Street Improvements Project, which consists of certain street reconstruction, curb and gutter, pedestrian path, and drainage and utility improvements on Moland Avenue N (George Street to Star Bank entrance), George Street E (Oak Avenue to Moland Avenue), Congress Street E (Oak Avenue to Moland Avenue), portions of the industrial park between Congress Street W and 6th Street NW, and along Congress Street W pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed includes the property that abuts and benefits from the above-described improvements. The estimated total cost of the improvements is $1,678,576.28 and a reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.
