NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Maple Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Maple Lake City Hall, 10 Maple Ave S, Maple Lake, MN 55358. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from staff and anyone else interested and to thereafter make a recommendation to the city council regarding a zoning application to add tattoo parlors as a permitted use in the city’s B-1 central business zoning district. Anyone desiring to be heard regarding this request may speak during the public hearing. A copy of the proposed ordinance that would effectuate the above-described text amendment to the Maple Lake Zoning Ordinance is available for inspection at Maple Lake City Hall during regular business hours.
