MAPLE LAKE TOWNSHIP WRIGHT COUNTY,
MINNESOTA NOTICE OF
IMPROVEMENT HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of Maple Lake Township will meet at the Maple Lake Town Hall at 6298 Bishop Avenue N.W., Maple Lake Township, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. on October 24, 2023, to hold a public hearing to consider whether the Township should reconstruct and repave Donnelly Drive from CSAH 37 south to 60th Street N.W., all such improvements located within Maple Lake Township. All such improvements are proposed to be made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be special assessed for the cost of such improvement consists of all lots abutting that portion of Donnelly Drive proposed to be reconstructed. The estimated cost of the improvement is $546,980. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting. Dated: October 10, 2023.
