Be prepared to laugh at the Maple Lake High School drama class’s presentation of “The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon!” by Don Zolidis.
For three days – Nov. 10-11 at 7 p.m. and Nov. 12 at 2 p.m. – a cast of student actors will take on the larger-than-life rendition of all your favorite fairy tales, but beware, this isn’t Disney. Described as “raucous and “fast-paced” the Spectaculathon turns on their heads famous characters like Cinderella, Snow White, Rapunzel and others as two narrators and several actors attempt to combine all 209 Brother’s Grimm stories into one night of hilarious fun.
