Maple Lake gymnasts routed by Albany, Benson

The Maple Lake gymnastics team fell to Albany and Benson last week.

On Tuesday, Jan. 30, the Irish traveled to Albany and fell 132.375 to 127.85.

On Friday, Feb. 2, the Irish hosted Benson and fell 136.2 to 125.3.

Vs. Albany

Vault

Ashley Gaffaney finished second for the Irish with a 8.65; Claire Lee was fifth with a 8.5; Addison Kramer scored a 8.475; Joanna Hall scored a 8.45 and Jacqueline Pribyl scored an 8.35.

Bars

Lily O’Donnell was second for the Irish with an 8.25; Kramer finished fourth with a 7.85; Abby Torblaa scored a 7.4; Pribyl scored a 7.05 and Joanna Hall scored a 6.9.

Beam

Ashley Gaffaney finished fifth for the Irish with a 7.9; Pribyl scored a 7.6; O’Donnel scored a 7.5; Kramer scored a 7.35 and Lee scored a 6.75.

Floor

Lee finished third on the floor for the Irish with an 8.5; Kramer was fourth with an 8.4; O’Donnell was fifth with a 8.25; Torblaa scored a 7.75 and Pribyl scored a 7.45.

Vs. Benson

Vault

Gaffaney finished sixth with an 8.65; Hall finished seventh with an 8.65; Kramer was eighth with an 8.6; Lee was ninth with an 8.5 and Torblaa was 10th with an 8.5.

Bars

O’Donnel finished fifth with a 7.5; Kramer was sixth with a 7.5; Pribyl was seventh with a 7.325; Torblaa was eighth with a 7.275 and Hall was 10th with a 6.725.

Beam

Pribyl was fourth with a 7.825; Aurora Zuelke was sixth with a 7.55; Ashley Gaffaney was seventh with a 7.175; O’Donnell was eighth with a 6.475 and Kramer was 10th with a 6.15.

Floor

Addison Kramer was sixth with a 8.525; Claire Lee was seventh with a 8.025; O’Donnell was eighth with a 7.9; Torblaa was ninth with a 7.825 and Zuelke was 10th with a 7.775.

All-Around

Kramer finished third in the all-around with a score of 30.775.
