Township election results

Tuesday, March 12 was Minnesota Townships Day and fifteen townships within Wright County held township board elections.

The unofficial local results are as follows:

Albion Township

Debbra Uecker was the lone candidate for clerk. She received 45 votes. There was one write-in. John Uecker was the lone candidate for Supervisor Seat A. He received 40 votes. There were six write-in votes.

Buffalo Township

Mark K Hoffman was the lone candidate for clerk/treasurer. He received 53 votes. Anne Neumann was the lone candidate for supervisor. She received 47 votes. There was one write-in.

Chatham Township

Running for Supervisor Seat A, Steve Thompson received 14 votes and Thomas Schuveiller received 9. Randy Latzig was the lone candidate for clerk. He received 23 votes.

Corinna Township

John Dearing was the lone candidate for supervisor. He received 38 votes.

French Lake

Patrick Lantto was the lone candidate for supervisor. He received 13 votes.

Maple Lake Township

Running for Supervisor Seat 1, Phillip Rasset received 82 votes, Tom Neumann received 50 votes and William Couette received 23 votes. Running for Supervisor Seat 2, Tom Hackenmueller received 87 votes, Rodney Holland received 42 and there were five write-in votes.
