Maple Lake Elementary School sixth graders opened their “Rock Concert” Tuesday, April 16th with a small-group performance of “You Are My Sunshine.”
The concert featured music from some of the biggest rock bands of the 1960s through the 1990s including Bon Jovi, Tears for Fears, Ozzy Osbourne, Bob Seger, Neil Diamond and more. They performed Queen’s “We Will Rock You.”
MLE Music Director Ethan Brummer lead the students through an eclectic collection of songs the students selected themselves.
