The Mitch Gordon Band was the highlight of the third annual Block Party, Thursday, May 16th at the V by HH. A good-sized crowd visited numerous booths occupied by local businesses, tried their luck at cash prizes and enjoyed a free meal before heading outside for some live music by the local country sensation.

According to organizer Tom Paumen, the Block Party was a big success this year. “We had a great crowd, many of them were there to learn about the businesses and enjoy the entertainment.”
Pace Industries was among a dozen or so local businesses represented at last week’s third annual block party. The goal of the event is to promote Maple Lake businesses and share the many opportunities for the community to work and shop locally. “Our town has so many great businesses and events for people to work for, purchase from, and enjoy,” Organizer Tom Paumen said.
