Do you have an idea to make Wright County better? Wright County Health and Human Services has a fund of $300,000 to go towards improving our community and promoting recovery from the effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic. WCHHS is accepting submissions for projects that will do this by enacting positive change in policies, systems, and environments in our county. These projects are encouraged to be creative, to reach community members most impacted, and to be related to COVID-19 recovery. Each project can apply for up to $30,000.
Project proposals are due by 4 p.m. on Friday, May 31st. WCHHS plans to select which projects to fund by June 17th. If this is something you’d like to learn more about, a meeting will be held online on May 17th at 1 pm.
Any questions about the Request for Proposals can be sent to HS.PublicHealth@co.wright.mn.us. When sending a question via email, please include the subject line “COVID Recovery RFP.”
