3. “District #881 is Proud of”

Students of Excellence – Congratulations to Abbie Lipinski, Erika Hannon, Ben Kunkel, and Kassandra Fynboh. We will honor these four exceptional students on April 24.

Wednesday, April 24 is Administrative Professional’s Day. I would like to take a moment to thank Amelia, Stacey, Heather, Kelly, and Chris for all of their hard work and setting a great example for our Maple Lake staff. Your professionalism and positive attitude make each day brighter for everyone around you. Your ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise is truly remarkable, and it’s a testament to your exceptional skills and work ethic.

Thank you to our school custodians who did a fantastic job over spring break. They waxed the entire elementary building and got the high school areas ready for prom and graduation.

With the staffing shortages occurring in special education, I would like to recognize the special education department across the district for their support and intervention for students that have significant behavioral needs. They do it with ease and professionalism all the while maintaining continued intervention for the other students on their caseloads and of course the daunting due process paperwork.

We are very thankful for them!
