For 36 years, the Maple Lake Messenger has been showcasing the community’s graduating high school seniors in a publication that has come to be known as the Graduation Issue.
Through it, families, businesses and the community are given the opportunity to show their support of local seniors starting their journey through life and to thank them for their loyalty and hard work.
The publication features a letter from the superintendent to the graduating class, excerpts from momentous occasions throughout their senior year, plus a picture of each senior, a paragraph or two highlighting their high school accomplishments, and what their plans are after graduation.
The Messenger has been showcasing its graduating seniors since as far back as 1989 through its Graduation Issue.
