NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Maple Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 9 at 6:00 p.m. at Maple Lake City Hall, 10 Maple Ave S, Maple Lake, MN 55358. The purpose of the hearing is to hear from the public, discuss, and thereafter make a recommendation to the Maple Lake City Council regarding an application by Anchor Living LLC for a conditional use permit to use the existing structure located at 207 Division Street East (the ”Property”) for residential housing for 16-20 persons that are actively participating in outpatient substance use disorder programming. All interested persons may attend the hearing and provide comments. A copy of the application materials can be requested or viewed during business hours at Maple Lake City Hall at the address above. If you are unable to attend the meeting, written comments may also be dropped off or mailed to Maple Lake City Hall. Following the hearing, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council on the application.
