NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Maple Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 14th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Maple Lake City Hall, 10 Maple Ave S, Maple Lake, MN 55358. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from staff and anyone else interested and to thereafter make a recommendation to the City Council regarding applications for two variances for the property located at Wright County PID 110053005010 (the “Property”) which is located at 901 Cedar Avenue North, Maple Lake, MN 55358. The request is for a variance for a side-yard set-back from 30 feet to 10 feet, and another variance for the size of the garage door from 10 foot to 12 foot. A copy of the application for variances and other relevant materials are available for inspection at Maple Lake City Hall during regular business hours. Anyone desiring to provide input or ask questions may attend the aforementioned public hearing.
