The Irish Anglers youth fishing team celebrated another successful season on Wednesday, Aug. 21 at the American Legion with an end of the year banquet and awards ceremony.
Among the honored were anglers who captured trophy-sized fish this season. They are listed by name with the size fish they caught and on which lake. Some caught more than one trophy this season. Dalton Kuperus, 18 ½ inch bass on Clearwater and 18 inch bass on Pleasant; Drew Wurm, 18 inch bass on Ramsey; Ethan Erdahl, 31 ¾ inch northern on Lake John; Henry Halloran 18 1/8 inch bass on Lake John; Hayden Pagel, 19 inch bass on Ramsey; Hans Peterson 18 ½ inch bass on Clearwater; Ella Peterson 28 ½ inch northern on Eagle.
