Talks of a four-day school week have been put on the back burner after a well-attended listening session indicated people wanted more hard data before giving their stamp of approval.
It was standing room only on Monday, Nov. 11 at the Maple Lake School Board’s regular meeting as people waited to hear if board members intended to take the discussion to the next level or put talks on hold after listening to the opinions of parents and community members at the hour-long listening session Oct. 28th.
“What I heard was, people want some data,” board member Colleen Carlson said.
