By the Wright County License Center
Available now, the Wright County License Center has 100 Club and Agriculture plates on hand and available to purchase.
Previously, these license plates were only available to order at the service counter and required the customer to wait for them to come in the mail.
Both the 100 Club and Agriculture plates are optional for DMVs across the state to stock in their inventory, which means not all offices will choose to have these on hand for purchase. The pair of plates has a standard cost of $15.50 in addition to the annual contribution fee, filing fee and registration fees if applicable. If your plates have current registration, you will not be charged registration fees again.
The 100 Club plate has a $40 annual contribution fee with funds collected used to further the organization’s mission and purpose of providing charitable gifts and contributions. The Agriculture plate has a $20 annual contribution fee with funds collected used for the FFA and University of Minnesota Extension to support Minnesota 4-H.
For customers with one-ton trucks or motorcycles, license center staff can still complete your transaction at the service counter, however, your plates will have to still be mailed to you due to the special plate requirements.
The Wright County License Center’s regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All forms of payment are accepted.
